Cancellation Policy
You may cancel or reschedule your test anytime up to 24 hours before the test start time with no penalty. Any cancellation within 12 - 24 hours of the originally scheduled test time will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 12 hours of the originally scheduled test time will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
